Targeting before volume
Each project begins with explicit company, contact, geography, field, and exclusion rules. Records are reviewed against those rules rather than counted as useful simply because they exist.
Data standards
Clear targeting, visible validation, consistent formatting, and privacy-safe examples help teams understand what they are receiving and how it can be used.

Research can combine professional databases, LinkedIn, company websites, and other public business sources. The source mix depends on the brief and the required fields.
Email verification and record status can be included in the delivery. Verified, catch-all, risky, unavailable, and review-needed results should not be treated as identical.
Names, domains, URLs, locations, and other fields are formatted consistently. Duplicates can be checked within the file and against a client-supplied CRM export or suppression list.
Final checks can cover missing required fields, duplicate domains, title relevance, formatting, broken URLs, source evidence, and exceptions that need a client decision.
Portfolio examples do not publish the personal contact details found in client work. Public examples use anonymized records or high-level descriptions.
LeadVision provides business research and data-support services, not legal advice. Clients remain responsible for their outreach strategy, lawful basis, notices, consent or opt-out requirements, platform terms, suppression lists, and the rules that apply in each market. Research scope and delivery fields can be adapted to the client's documented requirements.
